The academic and social growth our students have experienced at Navasota Junior High this year is phenomenal! One indicator is the number of books checked out through our library- 7,888. When compared to the same time period last year--3,826, we see a significant increase in the number of books checked out from our library. In short, our students are reading more!

 

Students competing in our History Fair did a fantastic job of creating high quality presentations that anyone would be proud of. Of course this could not have been such a success without Mrs. Pam Kniffin's oversight. She has put in countless hours of instruction, administration, and hands-on work to make certain NJH students learn at high levels and present at the same high level.

 

Our current students of the month are Nancy Garcia- 6th grade, Makalyn Brzymialkiewicz and Nick Saavedra in 7th grade, and Spencer James in the 8th grade. Congratulations to these outstanding respectful students.
