I was born and raised in Mississippi. If you get a chance to talk to me, you'll hear a "twang" (or so I'm told.) In 1999, I decided to sprout my wings and move to Charleston, SC. The coast was beautiful! My husband, who is in healthcare administration, received a job transfer that took us to Corpus Christi, TX. Our oldest son graduated from Calallen High School where he played baseball. It was while I was in Corpus that I decided to continue my education. I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M - Kingsville with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, emphasis in 4-8 Mathematics. Currently, I am pursing my masters degree at Lamar University in Administration.
I have three children. Two boys and a girl. My oldest son graduated from Nicholls State University where he played baseball and is continuing his education to become a CPA. My middle son works for the Railroad and covers the south. My youngest daughter is in 9th grade and enjoys dancing with the Montgomery Belles and hanging out with her friends.
This is my sixth year at Navasota Junior High and I look forward to a great year!
