After shared discussions from TXDOT and the National Weather Service regarding forecasts for continued sub-freezing weather temperatures tonight, Navasota ISD has made the decision to CANCEL ALL CLASSES for Wednesday, January 22.
This decision is due, in large part, to rural areas that will remain icy through the morning hours.
At this time, all schools will open at regular times on Thursday.
We urge everyone to continue to heed all weather advisories and warnings. Please stay safe and stay warm.

Navasota, Texas - The Navasota Independent School District (NISD) School Board has approved the 2023-2024 Teacher Salary Schedule. The Board has announced an increase in starting teacher salaries to $50,000 for the 2023-2024 school year.
